Water jet hydrocutting fabrication in
Corpus Christi

Water jet fabrication (or sometimes called hydrocutting) is a high pressure abrasive cutting process used in metal fabrication to cut sheet, plate, and a wide variety of other shapes. Its versatility and precision make it suitable to an almost endless array of cutting applications.

We can cut any flat material, in most standard sizes, as well as many structural and non-traditional shapes.

With a cutting bed that measures 80" x 168", we use different clamping methods to secure your material while we cut it into an infinite number of shapes, all customized to your needs.

We can help you meet your production deadlines!

With two large-bed Omax 80X water jet hydrocutting machines, our capacity allows you to head off some of the problems you may face with larger production-style manufacturers. In the current climate where twelve to sixteen weeks lead time is common, we are able to drastically reduce the time you have to wait for your parts. Give us a call and let us show you how we can help you solve problems such as unexpected parts shortages, midstream adjustments, and emergency additions or modifications.

Good Enough for Government

Precision

Because the process is CNC controlled, accuracy and repeatability are easily achieved, offering precise tolerances as small as 0.005".

Variety

Unlike with plasma and torch cutting, water jet machines can handle a much bigger variety of materials: not only metal, but plastics, ceramics, composites, wood, rubber, and foams of any density.
