With two industrial hydraulic brake presses, we can offer a wide range of bending capabilities for most flat materials, up to one quarter of an inch in thickness.
Having the right tooling is only half the battle when it comes to bending and forming metals. A thorough understanding of how metal behaves and the dynamics of stretching and warping materials makes it possible to tailor our bending services to your particular needs.
We employ an Accurpress 12 foot, 175 ton hydraulic brake press to perform most of our bending. For smaller precision bends we have an Accurpress
4 foot, 25 ton brake press.
We can create various types of bending, including traditional straight angled v-die bending, radius forming, bumping, and hemming.
Sometimes other forms of bending are required. We can also roll form flat materials and we have a pipe bender and pipe roller at our disposal. On rare occasions, we can also create press form tooling for certain specialized parts.
